The Importance of Simple Ideas

The best ideas are always simple. We just are in our own way a lot of the time and miss it. Sure we think it's impossible because often the obvious thing seems ridiculous. The idea didn't start with Johnny Cash. I was a young record producer and I had all of this success, incredible success. All of the bands I was working with were young bands. Everybody was kids, like my age. And most of the people I was worked with, they were making their first album or second album tops.
