The prompt is certainly there with parents, but also in the culture I grew up with. The leaders of the Mormon Church would share this story like, and they want you to pray twice a day, pray in the morning, pray at night. So that's kind of a, I don't think they're seriously suggesting that, but the rock is the prompt. It's the reminder to do the prayer. And in other types of things, it's all about making the behavior easier to do.
