It's continually fascinating to me what the human body can do and how we can process energy. The bike is such an amazing machine allowing us to get so much out of ourselves. Some people can do these ultra marathon runs, but it seems like the bike is the ultimate way to burn a lot in a relatively efficient way. It was 10 hours and 15 minutes, 206 miles average of 247 watts normalized of 280 watts.
