Before learning about the ketogenic diet, what was your lifestyle like? Were you exercising? I believe I was still eating a little bit of sugar, but very, very low sugar. And no, I wasn't working out. But when your frontal lobe is not working well, asking someone to get up and exercise, well, that makes sense. So my brain turned back on, I felt so much better.
