How Long Does a Protein Rest Affect Head Retention?
I've heard that too long of a protein rest can negatively affect head retention. I haven't, I don't think it's hard with the lukerophosits because we can produce so much foam so easily. It does sort of retain a little more easily, I feel like possibly because of what theLukerophosit is doing to the beer. So yeah, that's pretty cool. I use a Czech malt, four melted malt from a secado, which we found to be really, really nice. There's a guy that uses it for some of his hoppy beers, but they don't make a ton and they, I have first dibs on it
