Do you fight to the death every roll?  Got a team mate that goes 1000% but doesn't compete? If you have been on the wrong end of a training partner going super hard, it can be a bad time. In order to deal with a mat Hero you have to do your best to protect yourself.
Maybe your team mate is bigger, stronger and perhaps even a higher belt and came for war.
