I have been saying for years that we need to be more proactive about getting in with the trade schools and the high school trade programes to recruit staff. And it's kind of a perception of not being quality people in those programmes, having come from an alternative school background? I highly disagree. Where do most employs come from now, raven, if they're not from these trade schools or high schools? At the moment nowhere. We're not getting applications. So i think it's great that you do want to keep pushing forward, you know, once you do have the time. But hast any advice for raven on how she might push this issue? Sure.
