The Secret Source of Negative Bias

There's something called negative bias. Your brain is wired to recognize is that a tree or is that a lion coming to eat me and it's safe? But I think everything's a lion because keep you safe. So as soon as it feels like things are moving in a in a non negative way, kind of against you wiring, no, really, it's much safer. Human beings have something like 80,000 thoughts a day, maybe 60,000 something like that,. 60 to 80% of them are negatively framed.
