Do You Think You Can Add 20 Sets a Week?

The idea is that if you kind of gradually at sets your recovery capacity is going to increase and if you can recover from it, you can potentially grow from it. I like to avoid a massive increase all at once, but it also kind of depends on the muscle group. Like I'm not too worried if you add five to 10 sets of biceps in one week, most people are just fine. This might be different if it's something like hamstrings.
