Taking Our Seat Here and Now
When you notice the attention drawn awayn to thoughts and stories, again, remembering that helpful reflection, this is just what our minds do. So k, noticing that tendency for the attention to be drawn into the thoughts and stories,. gently letting go of those and shifting to the sense of the body to the legs, the feet to the ground beneath you. And now we can let that sense of contact with the ground just be there in the background of awareness and in the foreground. Really sensing the seat, that sense of really taking our seat here and now.
