Do You Need to Do More Than Three Strength Training Workouts Per Week?
Three to five strength training workouts per week, three to four is plenty for most people. Don't give into the compulsion to do a lot of intense exercise on your rest days when you are not weightlifting. Give yourself at least one low intensity day per week. You don't have to just sit around the couch all day.
