How Do You Segment Your Leads?

The way that we do it is based on, so all our clients purchase their packages up front. We know at the beginning of the month how many calls we have service in any given client. So what we do is we assign the client to the dialer. There's a little bit of annuance there, because we try and place them based on personality type whom we think the client is going to have the best relationship with. And then looking at their ben with on how many calls they can actually make in any given month.
