Belgium ruled that the IAB was a controller of data, which is an absurd definition. It will not withstand any type of challenge at the EU court of justice. But nonetheless, here we are. You've got the IAB who's been sort of forced into fighting and defending itself. The net net is that it's a rinse repeat situation where we're now on the eve of essentially privacy shield 2.0 being launched. If we kill TikTok or kill data transfers, that will be the first shot in a huge trade war.
