A workshop by abby woodcock broke down voice into three elements in its vocabulary, tone and cadence. The level of language that you're using can grade this from first grade to te collegiate level. And then there's the tone, which are the emotions and the underlying feelings to your words. You find the exact definitions of somebody's emotions,. There's a bunch of tones that you can literally measure. So when abbiy taught me that, i went back to those 14 different hotel brands and i plotted them.
