The Freedom Angle of Zoning
A lot of people just don't care about the sort of like freedom or regulatory aspects of this messaging. If you're somebody who owns property, particularly single family house in a suburb, they're just not going to hear that. I do think it's worth trying to reach folks is there are people on all across the political spectrum that you can reach with that kind of messaging when you're careful about it. But then there's other ones who you can frame it as carefully as you want. And that kind of, I kind of pick your battles.
