For me, i'm still practising one arm pullups. I can do a couple of decent ones on a good day, but i want these to be better and more aps stronger. And in the pushing realm of pushing strength, i have a main goal that's pretty hairy,. which is yet to be donebut i have seen the striding clips. Theand the planch. Obviously, i always had a hard time with the planch, and i'm starting to seiz some decent, full planch holds. It's so individual em how difficult it is, em in terms of er your body proportions and stuff like this.
