I don't have the money anymore to go after the grand crews and the premier crews, which I could buy 20, 30 years ago because they were only a little bit more than the lesser wines. So I don't buy those anyway. What fascinates me actually is that how much the new collectors who are meeting in the Asian markets, they want to drink mature wine. There's this mantra at the moment that frankly everybody likes to drink wine young so perhaps we should start making wine so it's ready young. But the top end of Burgundy is not in the 95%. It's in the top one or two per cent. And really must continue to make wine for long-term aging
