I think there's a disconnect between like a lot of the. Yeah more positively framed aspirational even like more generalist kinds of knowledge generation and exploration. And I agree with you that the Chantard hyperspecialization in the academy is by and large a bad one although some people if you enjoy it, go for it. If they actually passion go for it but instead the academy has often pushed people into versions of hyperspecialize scholarship looking for the gap in the scholarship which is not necessarily the most important and most interesting thing. It becomes increasingly hard to integrate more and more particularistic insights or data into a full wisdom way of being in the world.
