The Slow Way of Sleep
Sleep in those first three years is really critical. Bcause sleep is the time when we are pruning away things that are no longer necessary to be being coated. We're born with kind of a omnipotent brain that gets specialized and and adapted to the environment in which we learne in which we 're born. And then after we're about two and a half or three years old, we switch into a mode where we are fitting the things that we learn into those schemas.
