Is It Time for You to Practice Self-Compassion?
Having that force in your life all the time is not going to be well to your happiness. Even just having someone ask you the question of, of kind of turning it around and being like, okay, what would you tell someone else if they came to you asking this? That's a really good one. I don't know. How am I going to board with that one? Oh, okay. You can take hints from those around you. Just try to find people that you trust and respect and take note of how they respond to challenging situations or negative feedback.
