The Risk Aversion of Designers
I wonder if maybe there's a risk aversion that we're kind of discussing right now, especially when we as a practice fall into like this scarcity mindset. I don't feel like I hear about engineers constantly like fixated whether they have a seat at the table. You can put yourself in that facilitation role, even if you are producing artifacts. That's very much my take on it as well.
