Myra matches are exercises on which i would have to do an inordinate number of sets and rest for ever am ount of time. For me, like side delts, biceps, forearms, sometimes hamstrings, calvesr easy one where it's pretty much local fatigue. And if you take a few seconds break, you get a bunch of raps that you can do now. It lets you concentrate the intensity in a shortened window of time. Gives an amazing stimulus ind just a very small amount of time. In a myra match protocol, more of the repetitions are close to failure than in straight sets of the first five or ten reps.
