How to Train Your Lower Traps
I've had some shoulder issues recently, and I've been to the physio. One of the things he mentioned was that I am very upper trap dominant. And so my left lower trap is particular, in particular, is not being used much. This would be a big issue for a lot of people now who work at home. People will have issues with traps because they'll sit for Russia and Emma as well. That's where overall them comes in, isn't it? So yeah, less is more that's the show.
