How to Be a Role Model for Athletes Through the Injury Process

I was comfort eating is the wrong way of putting it but I was probably a little bit slack on my nutrition because racing seems so far away and I just wanted to be easy yeah an easy life while I was struggling mentally. So I put my act together on the nutrition front and that then gave me a real focus to start cooking a bit more in the kitchen by making our own pasta  and testing out different recipes. The biggest tip is just to stay mentally focused because it's so easy to lose it mentally and whether that's by having long-term goals like jeez I think I wrote in my sort of diary slash rehab but I will hopefully release at some point or another about how
