It's been a little less than a year since we last recorded an episode, tell us what you've been up to in that time. I'm still working on my graduate programme m but i added a secondary concentration in sports nutrition. Obviously, it's as been really awesome for running. You know, even when you're at five thousand feet altitude, when you're not in 90 % humidity, you just feel awesome.
