What Is Your Eating Window?

I usually have about as much protein as my weight, right? So I'm 133. I probably have somewhere between 130 and 100. It's like kind of closer to 130. And then what we do is break our fast when we get home with some protein and some carbohydrates. We work out pretty early in the morning. Like any time between 536.5 and 738,. Well, let me think about that. Gee, what would you say? The last time I wait is like one 33. Yeah. But now it's like, all right, I'm 40, like I want more. Like I want to make sure that I look as great as I can."
