The Importance of Long Form Training

I think there's more nuance to all this than many people portray, you know, online. I do these things on the internet and I try really hard and it is so hard to teach anything. These are all long format. And unfortunately people want, give me the one trick to move my bench up, 35 pounds. It just isn't. There're no short things. We have to be willing to mine these ideas. If you're not, good luck with the short term stuff. Good advice off of this. Being muscle is not, is not a short term thing. Getting super strong is not a Short Term Thing."
