Anxiety Triggers for Type Ones
type ones are very concerned with being good. And their strategy for achieving goodness is by perfecting themselves, others in the world. They always want to do the right thing and they want to live a life of integrity. Integrity is a big thing for them, which means that they don't like moral grace. So ambiguous situations can trigger anxiety for them. What's right? What's wrong? It's a gray zone. Which can sometimes inspire a one to make something black and white that actually is gray.
