Tracking Calories Is the Way Out of Dieting
This is the way out of strict dieting. Tracking calories requires that you start again after you stop because you will stop. Just recently I fell off tracking. Now, I don't say I don't feel like I falling off tracking. It's not a big deal. And I've started to get back into it.
