How Do You Define a Personal Brand?

In late 2017 I just sort of had a, I guess we'd call like a massive panic attack because I was overworking myself tremendously. And so in about mid 2018 I started to produce content that I hoped would be helpful to some folks and that was sort of the start of my journey. So how do you define a personal brand?
