The Importance of Intent Versus Impact
When people feel defensive, they might feel hthat they're blamed or shamed. Tis reminds me of intent versus impact. You know, your intents good, but your impactis completely different. The challenge is, weall have bias, tremendous amount of bias, but we actually don't see our own bias, or very much of it. Remember that sor consciously, we can process about a cubic foot. Unconsciously, there's the milky way our own brain like stuff we can't access.
