How Intense Can I Make That Training for How Long?
Some people, e i would say the earlier you are in training, your average intensity can be higher. You should spend most of your time snatch and clean a jerk. As you get more advanced, those things are going to play a bigger role. It's a very individual thing. Some people do, they psychologically don't do well with learning new things.
