Outsetter - Is There a Boss in the Organization?
Overheadter is a company where there are no bosses and everyone can take responsibility for decisions. The founders wanted to prove that they could build a company this way, which was as much of their motivation as anything. Everyone at outsetta is an owner in the business and has ownership on the exact same terms as our founder. So tht model makes it much more easy to say people are going to act in the best interests of the business - just like we do as founders.
