What Is the Power Nap?

i like to take a good two or three hour nap with not what you're talking about. The target is between ten to 20 minutes for the boost and allertness and mental function. You want to avoid napping later in the day, because it can make it harder to fall asleep at night if your nap is too close to your bedtime.
