Praying the Brahma Viharas in a Sense of Care

Clear comprehension allows us to live the Brahma Viharas we're relating to one another with the feeling of care I think this is tremendously important and if we can't do it here what can we expect from the world you know. This is not just some nice Buddhist idea this is the Buddha telling us this is the direct path to realization abiding clearly comprehending fully aware so if that's our aspiration if that's what brings us here together this is how we want to practice.
