We have a question from rob. My primary sport is running, and i supplement that with three days a week of ab wheel, a press, a dead lift and a weight o carry tit's not bad. I think it behooves me to get strong, especially as i creep towards my forties and beond. What type of programme do you recommend for a guy in his late thirties who wants to approach strength training seriously for the first time in quite a while?
