The Importance of Recovery

When you're miserable, it's hard to train hard. It is much easier to train hard when you feel great. That makes you feel good inside and like you want to go to the gym. Happy people train harder. Period. You can have an opinion about that and that's fine but it's still true. And there are six things in recovery. And I feel bad because I just keep pounding recovery but it's true. No matter what your opinion is, no matter how positive or negative you may be on any given day, if you don't take care of yourself then nothing will change for you. The only thing that really changes from a fitness perspective is being able to decompress
