Is It Better to Reduce Your Protein as You Age?
If you fail to stress your body adequately, it will diminish over time. There's a big argument right now asto whether or not protein didn't take a can shorten life span. I just think it'sth ridiculous conversation these people are having over a complete lack of applicable research on humans. They should be lifting weights very nconsistently throughout life, which, by the way, stimulates them tor exercise.
