When we try to create knowledge without a frame, we often use some part of our solution as the frame. So i call this thing a purpose your dressing the purpose. What are you trying to address? It could be a thing that i can address in a few minutes, like signing somebody for their h r benefits. But it has to be framed by a person's purpose. And what i try to do instead is let go of the solution entirely. Let's actually turn our back on the solution for a little bit and try to figure out what the human is trying to address.
