Ibette: It's not clear to me that the epicurean can say, just as the epicurian can say that death is bad. I'm worried bat the multiple issues that are open here. But if hypothetically, some government a developed some kind of nuclear weapon, or had some kind of big red button, you know that they could wipe out sentient life on earth,. but it would do so quite painfully by nuclear radiation and something like this.
