How to Undulate for Triathletes

There are many, many different ways of doing this. Once you start reading about perturbation, your head begins to swim because quite honestly, it just goes on and on and on or on. Another one which a lot of triathletes use is called undulating perturbation. A fourth method that's really best for a lead athlete is block periodization. The reason for this is that truly elite athletes are very close to the potential.
