The mission is what originally got me to change my work before great place to work was similar but as soon as I realized oh I could put that work to making the world better in a way that was really impactful to a lot of people, I was just drawn to it like a moth. The other people that are drawn to that work like Tony like like you Liz are just really dedicated smart passionate people that are wonderful to work with and create a sense of community around this, this purpose that we have.
