How to Improve Explosiveness in Jiu-Jitsu

Karlos falls it up with what exercises would you recommend for explosiveness in jiu-jitsu. Do light ultra high rep good mornings i'm 71 years old last night i did a hundred reps with about 125 pounds continuously in a good morning  i've done 200 reps continuously so i like to do a lot of high repGood Morning's and never have to go down below parallel or anything because once you get too deep in the good morning you shut the lumbar. If you're having trouble on some day i believe your work capacity is low you gotta bring your work capacity up, don't forget about upper body work as well med ball throws and so forth.
