Do You Need to Do a Sweat Test?
If you drink during exercise sweat rate less than 1.8 liters an hour and possible to replace more than 70% of your sweat fluid losses there's really no point in doing sweat sodium testing. The amount of salt or sodium you need is so small that it's not even worth quantifying it and planning out a specific amount just if you've got a bit of salt in your food and drinks that'll cover you anyway.
