There's a problem with group discussion, because we end up with this appearance of consensus. If you could somehow get into somebody's private mind, you would find out that that consensus didn't really exist. So part of the way to solve this is to create more precision in the way that we talk to each other and a shared sense of how you're supposed to walk through a decision.
