I think that sometimes the the misconception is that comfort is somehow synonymous with status quo, right? And an not realizing that to maintain the status quo is a losing battle, and its very energy inefficient. When when we can learn to play this game of change, the game of evolution, right? Like that is the more energy efficient route, if we learn how to kind of ride that wave. Yes, certainly. Now we, i learned to sacrifice stability a long time ago. But at the same time, if you get something that is less stable, but can control itself better than it works better. That's where we shine as humans. We must nurture this adaptability and this exercis
