Is There Such a Thing as Healthy Expectations?
Do you think, is there such a thing as healthy expectations or is that just like an oxymoron? Like are they always some kind of an attempt at control, like unreasonable control in which case we should really be sitting with that anxiety. I do think that sort of having no expectations would be in some sense, the ideal state. And it's not being led along by that kind of carrot that you never actually get to.
