The Importance of Commitment

I think ultimately, it all goes down to committing to make a positive change in your life. No matter what we say here today, or if you read 20 different books on self growth,. Unless you choose and you decide inside of yourself that enough is enough, I no longer want to suffer. You might create a commitment mission statement for yourself. And at one point, you'll drop off. We all do. But the most important thing is to decide that you've had enough and you're going for it.
