Is Feedback Really Important in Graphic Design?

Graphic design is a world where feedback can make such a bigger impact on the valuation of your work, since the results are totally different. In operations and supply chain, i feel like the feedback is like, ya, like you made it work, or like, oh, it fucking crashed and failed and died, and that was abismal. So to me, i'm kind of desensitized toit. I'm able to not take it personally. And i think something that helps me as well is that usually when people are giving you feedback, you can tell if it's like constructive and beneficial for both you, the person you're working with and like, the overall project.
