How to Get Better With Less Energy

The easiest way to get better is find the weakest shortcomings. If a hamstring quadricep ratio is off it's going to take probably about three years to fix. There's always another weakness somewhere you just have to be smart enough to find it. People are negating how a movement actually feels for a specific muscle group if it doesn't fall in line with what they deem is biomechanically efficient that's a problem. not sell intensity anymore let's get fucking smart and train smart and get better with doing less work shouldn't that be the goal of everything?
